材料

6-8 servings

green cabbage (thinly sliced) 4-5cups (1/2 medium sized)
carrot (peeled and shredded) 1/2 cup (1 medium)
crab stick (shredded) 5 sticks
fresh Italian parsley (minced) 1/4 cup
fennel seed 2 teaspoons
For the dressing:
avocado oil 4 tablespoons
lemon juice 2 tablespoons
white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
maple syrup 1 tablespoon
sea salt 1/2 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
garlic (finely minced) 1 clove

Prepare all the veggies!

In a small bowl, whisk in all the dressing ingredients.

In a large bowl, add all salad ingredients.

Pour dressing over the vegetables, then mix well.

Taste, add salt or pepper as needed. Serve!

コツ・ポイント

This recipe calls for fennel seed, but you can swap that with caraway seed or dill too!
