作り方

Add quinoa into a fine mesh colander.

Rinse under running water for 30 seconds. Drain well.

Add rinsed quinoa, water and bouillon into a small saucepan

Bring to a boil then reduce to a low simmer and cook.

Cook until the quinoa has absorbed all of the water (10-15)

Remove the pot from heat and cover for 5 minutes.

NOTE: This step makes the quinoa nice and fluffy.

Uncover, then fluff the quinoa with a fork.

NOTE: To cook quinoa (1 part quinoa + 2 parts liquid).

Rinsing the quinoa before cooking removes the natural →

coating from the quinoa called "saponin", which has →

a bitter taste.
コツ・ポイント
1 cup quinoa + 2 cups water = 3 cups of cooked quinoa. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
