作り方

Steam the potato until soft and set aside to cool down.

Combine flour, almond meal and sesame well.

In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar well using a whisk.

In a separate bowl, mash 1 and mix sour cream into purée.

Combine 3 and 4 with whisk well and fold 2 into the mix.

Form a 3x3cm bar using cling wrap; dough is soft and sticky.

Rest the bar in fridge and chill it for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 175c.

Slice the bar into 5-7mm-thick and place them on baking tray

Bake for 12min or so
コツ・ポイント
Chill the dough well before slicing or it is so soft and hard to handle.
Adjust the amount sugar to your liking.
