作り方

Put a paper towel in a microwave safe container, place tofu.

Cover with a paper towel and nuke for 2 minutes at 600W.

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add tofu and break it into bite sized pieces and cook.

Cook until browned then flip to cook the other side.

Transfer the tofu to a plate, set aside.

Add oil in a skillet, add pepper and cook until wilted.

Put the tofu into the skillet, add bouillon and pepper.

Turn up the heat to medium high, toss and cook for 2 mins.

Stir in soy sauce and toss once more.

Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Browning the tofu gives you a nice texture. The bouillon powder's amount of salt may vary, so add 1 tsp and then adjust.
