材料

4 servings
  1. Soup
  2. Vinegar 100 ml
  3. Soy sauce 80 ml
  4. Tomato juice *unsalted 50 ml
  5. Agabe syrup 3 tbsp
  6. Sesame oil 1.5 tsp
  7. Ingredients
  8. Tomato 200 g
  9. Cucumber 2
  10. Onion 1/2
  11. Shrimp 200 g
  12. Raw noodle *thin type 4 portions
  13. Roasted sesame seeds to taste

作り方

  1. 1

    Mix these soup ingredients in a container.

    Keep the container in the refrigerator for a few hours.

    Chop tomato, cucumber, onion and shrimp. *lightly boiled

  4. 4

    Boil the noodles for 60 - 90 sec. and then drain the water.

  5. 5

    Soak the noodles in icy water right away to make them firm.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the toppings on the noodles.

  7. 7

    Pour the soup over the noodles.

コツ・ポイント

You can adjust the amount of toppings to taste. The leftovers mixture would be a tasty marinade salad too!
