材料

3-4 servings
  1. french beans 1/2 lb
  2. garlic (sliced) 2 cloves
  3. crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  4. extra virgin olive oil 3 tablespoons
  5. white wine 3 tablespoons
  6. kosher salt to taste
  7. freshly ground black pepper to taste

作り方

  1. 1

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and peppers and cook until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add beans and cook while stirring occasionally (2-3 mins).

  4. 4

    Add wine and cook until the french beans are heated through.

  5. 5

    NOTE: If garlic is too browned, remove from the skillet.

  6. 6

    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve.
