材料

  1. spring cabbage (roughly chopped) 1/2 medium (350-400g)
  2. carrot (julienne) 1/2 medium
  3. for the dressing:
  4. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
  6. ground toasted sesame seed 3 tablespoons
  7. cane sugar 1/2 tablespoon
  8. raw apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon

    My medium size cabbage weight is 740 g.

    I'm going to use half of this for this recipe.

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Divide the veggies in half to nuke it evenly.

  5. 5

    Place cabbage/carrot on a microwave safe plate/container.

  6. 6

    Loosely cover with a plastic wrap.

  7. 7

    Nuke for 4-5 mins at 600W, or until the veggies get wilted.

    Leave it until cool to the touch. Repeat for the rest.

  9. 9

    Meanwhile, combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.

    Gently squeeze out extra moisture from the veggies.

  11. 11

    Add the veggies into a bowl, and mix well until combined.

  12. 12

    Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Add extra virgin oil to the mayonnaise to adjust the richness. You can swap the vinegar with white wine or rice vinegar.
