Chop into bite sized pieces.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add okra into a bowl and toss well.

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving!.
コツ・ポイント
Using shio kombu as a seasoning adds umami/a savory flavor. A hint of white wine vinegar adds a clear after-taste.
