作り方

NOTE: Check ID : 20894579 for okra preparation (1-6).

Place okra in a colander, and run cool water over them.

Tap with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Cut the okra in half lengthwise.

Oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

Add pancetta, garlic, and pepper.

Cook until the pancetta gets lightly golden and crispy.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta

Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

Add okra to the skillet and sauté to cook.

NOTE: Cook the okra half of the pasta cooking time prior.

Transfer the pasta to the skillet and toss until combined.

Add pepper and toss once more. Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Cook the okra right before cooking the pasta for the right texture. Add black pepper for some contrast.
