作り方

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add ginger, bean paste and cook until fragrant.

Add pork/shrimp and cook until almost heated through.

Add stem/peas/shiitake/pepper and cook until heated through.

Add all the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil.

Scoop the scum from the surface, and discard.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until veggies get tender.

Stir in leaves and cook until heated through.

Stir in bean sprouts and cook until heated through.

Taste, season with salt and pepper.

Combine starch and water and stir in a skillet.

Bring to a boil again, drizzle over the oil, lower the heat.

Cook your ramen according to your package instructions.

Drain, put into a bowl, pour the ankake over the ramen.

Serve.

You can swap napa cabbage with green cabbage/baby bok choy/komatsuna for this recipe, or any left over veggies!
