冷蔵庫に長期保管して乾燥した日本米の無洗米を鍋で炊く方法です。
作り方

Soak rice in a water for more than 2 hours in a fridge (add water if water disappeared during soaking)

Make sure water level is 1-2 cm over the rice

Put glass lid on the pot
- 4
Heat with high heat until many bubbles reach to the lid
- 5
Weaken the heat and wait for 8-10 minutes (Heating time is 13 minutes in total)
