potato starch solved in little bit of water 1 tablespoon
sesame oil 1 tablespoon
Chinese chili bean paste (if available) 2-3 tablespoons
Miso 1 tablespoon
sugar 1 tablespoon
sake 3 tablespoons
say sauce 2 tablespoon
oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
chicken soup stock 1-2 teaspoon
green onion or Chinese chive
water 200 cc

作り方

Microwave tofu for 2 min with 600W

Cool down tofu, drain water, and cut into 2 cm dice.

Prepare seasoning 1 and seasoning 2 separately

Put oil in a pan with low heat, add ginger and garlic, and then add cut green onion.

Add minced meat and stir fry with medium heat. Then add egg plant.
