Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. 1 1/4 cuplight coconut milk
  3. 1/2 cupheavy coconut milk
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your rice

    In a sufuria put your light coconut milk and salt and put on heat till it starts to boil

  3. 3

    Drain your rice and put in the boiling coconut milk, strir once and cover as it cooks on its own

  4. 4

    When the coconut milk starts to dry up add in the heavy coconut milk give it a stir and let it continue cooking

  5. 5

    When set you can now finish up in an oven or put charcoal on top of the lid and let the rice dry up nicely

  6. 6

    This rice goes well with any type of curry, I served mine with fried beans
