Ingredients

  1. 100 gfish
  2. 100 gpuff pastry
  3. to tasteSalt and black pepper
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 cloveor peppercorn

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.Check out my previous recipe for puff pastry.roll it into two equal rectangle s that can fit to cover the fish and leave lots of space

    Season the fish with salt and pepper and put it on one sheet of puff pastry.make sure you put it in the middle and leave lots of space on all sides

    Cover with the other sheet of pastry.

    Now take a knife and cut the pastry to the shape of the fish.make the fins and tail

  5. 5

    Remove the cut out pastry

  6. 6

    Now let's go to the details.cut out the mouth.cut a strip for the gills,make a ball of pastry for the eye and add a cloves or peppercorns.

    Take a nozzle or teaspoon ident the body to create the scales

  8. 8

    Take your knife and cut the fins and tail slightly with your knife

  9. 9

    Egg wash with a pastry brushBake for 13 minutes in a preheated over or until brown
