Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled beans
  2. 1 cuplight coconut milk
  3. 1/2 cupthick coconut milk
  4. Garlic and ginger paste
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2onions chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a sufuria put in the beans, garlic, ginger paste, salt and the chopped onions

  2. 2

    Add in the light coconut milk and put on heat and let it simmer

  3. 3

    When the milk is reduced and the onions cooked add the heavy coconut milk

  4. 4

    Keep stirring till you achieve a heavy sauce

  5. 5

    Adjust seasoning and remove from heat

  6. 6

    This can be served with chapati, naan, rice or even ugali
