My Family's Sweet n' Sour Pork My Family's Sweet n' Sour Pork
It's not like I was chosen to be a recipe monitor for maple syrup and juice. This is how my family has enjoyed this dish. My husband, who dislikes pineapple juice in sweet n' sour pork, happily eats this and says it is delicious.-All-in-all, this is sweet n' sour pork! It will not taste like candy. It is really sweet, so for those of you who like sugar sparingly, adjust the amount of honey.-The ration should be vinegar: ketchup: maple syrup: pineapple juice 10:9:7:7. When making this for 2 people, I multiplied the ingredients by 5, but adjust to your preference. Recipe by Soraten mama cookpad.japan -

I was trying to find a way to make delicious sweet n' sour pork without too much hassle. This time I used bite-sized chunks of meat, but you can also use thinly sliced meat.Cutting the vegetables and mixing the flavoring ingredients together while the meat is macerating will save time. Please add whatever ingredients you like. You can also give it a Chinese flavor by adding in Wei Pa, or chicken soup stock granules. Sweet N' Sour Meatballs Sweet N' Sour Meatballs
I love sweet n' sour, but my husband is picky about it. This is one way I can get him to eat it. Lol. I make this dish with fewer meatballs so it's on the saucy side then save the extra sauce for sweet n' sour chicken a couple nights later. StephieCanCook
