Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Make 2holes on 2slices of bread. Spread margarine on all the 4slices (ones with the holes and the other that don't have holes)

    Heat pan and place the two holed slices (margarined side facing down for the bread to evenly toast).

  3. 3

    Pour vegetable oil on the two holes and crack an egg on each of the holes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

    Leave until the egg settles on the bottom. Carefully turn using a spatula to cook the top side. Add a little vegetable oil to cook.

  5. 5

    Cover the cooked slices with the remaining two slices facing bottom to toast. Press on the pan to give it that golden crunch color to form the sandwich.

    Serve and enjoy while still hot!!!!
