I really loved apple pie filling, when I was about to make apple pie samosa, suddenly I felt sooo..... lazy 😂😂😂, so I end up making this apples into preserves jam, and it is sooo tasty 😘😘😘

Note:
I never tried this recipe without the flour, perhaps you tried it without flour, let me know how's the result 😁😁😁, thank you 😘😘😘

Ingredients

  1. 3apples, cut into small cubes
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  5. 1/4 tspnutmeg powder
  6. 1 1/2 tbsflour
  7. 1/2orange juice
  8. 1/2lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except lemon juice.

  2. 2

    Boiled it once, and continue simmer until about 15 minutes and stir it a couple of times, and let the liquid increase and thicken.

    Add lemon juice, mix them well, fix the taste.

  4. 4

    Let it cool inside the pan, and then transfer it into the jar.

  5. 5

    This is the thick consistency that you need.
