Baked Banana Bread (ROTI GEDHANG)
This bread I already knew before I got married, when I was still living with my parents. This recipe is easy to put together and the ingredients are also. I usually use a size 20 cm baking dish. But because yesterday I was looking for the pan I usual use and did not find it, I ended up cooking with a versatile wok... successful dough rise and not soggy. But because the wok is too wide, the cake is so wide in all directions. It's okay, the important thing is my husband like the taste... but for the lessons that need to be remembered, tomorrow if we want to create must also be adapted to the toaster his place. Below is the original recipe using my usual 20 cm pan size.Of the ingredients below, the results can be presented for 4-6 people...

Depending on the location, the name and ingredients can significantly vary. The name mutabbaq (or sometimes mutabbag) in Arabic means "folded". Stuffed Peppers with Meat
Because I love spicy food, my mom used to make this for me at home. It's perfect with rice or as a side with drinks. A few days ago, I passed by the market after work and saw some bullhorn peppers, so I bought some to make this dish again. Tip: I strongly recommend wearing gloves when handling peppers. I once forgot to wear gloves, and not only did my hands hurt for two days, but I also accidentally got spice in my nose.

How to Make Potato Gnocchi
I revised a recipe I learned while I was abroad. Through trial and effort, I came up with a tasty way to make this gnocchi. The chewy and soft texture of these homemade gnocchi fresh from the pot is truly amazing. Share your favorite sauce recipes! If the potatoes are mashed coarsely, they will have more of a tendency to break apart, so be sure to mash them well while hot, and thoroughly mix with the flour. If possible, wrap in plastic and let sit in the refrigerator for over an hour to improve the texture and increase the moistness of the flour. The gnocchi may fall apart in water that is boiling too strongly, or if boiled for too long, so heat on medium, and remove as soon as they float to the top. Recipe by mini.

Indonesian Vegetable Fritters (bakwan sayur)
#vegetablefritters#deepfryingfoodOne of the easiest and fastest appetizers or foods to make when a friend comes to visit is fried vegetables fritters.Today I made it in Indonesian style. In my country, these fried vegetables fritters are called #bakwansayur or #balabalaThis appetizer is a type of deep fried or fried food. In Indonesia these food is a type of street food. It is easy and super quick to make. Most of the ingredients are from vegetables. But you can add chopped shrimp if desired. Of course the taste will be very different. Shrimp will provide a richer taste. Sometimes I add minced or chopped shrimp. But to be safe most often I make it without shrimp. Because some of my friends are allergic to shrimp and some are vegetarian. So let’s take a look for the ingredients and how to make it!

Easy Italian Round Zucchini Stuffed with Meat
I based this on a recipe I found in a supermarket flyer in Italy, but the recipe had some directions and ingredients missing and was pretty random. I settled on this recipe after several tries.Scoop out the zucchini so the shells remain intact. I recommend stuffing them with lots of filling and seasoning it well. Or, you could season it lightly and serve with ketchup or mayonnaise This makes quite a lot of filling, so the leftovers are good on top of bread. Recipe by orsetto

Semmelknödel (German Bread Dumplings)
Germany has all kinds of "knödel" or dumplings - Semmelknödel, which are made with dried out bread, are one of my favorites. Variations exist in Austria and Czech as well. It's one way to "recycle" old bread so it needn't be tossed away. These dumplings are usually eaten along side sauerkraut & pork, roast meats with the gravy, stews or some kind of sauce. In the photo, I used a creamy mushroom sauce, which works very well! This recipe makes 6 medium dumplings, appropriate for 2-3 people.Note on the bread: you should use a good bread that has some firmness like baguettes, kaiser rolls or German brötchen. Soft white sandwich bread or breadcrumbs will fall apart when cooking!

Easy Eggless Brownies

Cheesey Hamburgers with Mild Onion Sauce
I added ketchup to my soy sauce-mirin onion sauce. I wanted to give it a western twist so that it would go better with these cheese-filled burgers. It easier to wrap up the cheese if the hamburger mix is on the firm side. It also prevents them from breaking apart when grilled. Recipe by Chobikoro
