Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4 kgbeef liver
  2. 1/2onion chopped
  3. 1ripe tomato chopped
  4. 1/2green pepper
  5. salt & pepper
  6. dhania
  7. 1/2 tspgaram marsala
  8. 1/2 tspcumin
  9. 1royco cube for flavor
  10. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  11. 1 tspcrushed turmeric

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Gently peel off the membrane from the liver. Chop it into nice, bites pieces. Boil for 10 - 15 minutes then drain off the excess liquid. Return it back to heat.

    Add in 2 tbsp vegetable oil into the pan. stir and let cook till dry. Add in the onions and cook till they are soft

  3. 3

    Add in the crushed turmeric and the ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add in the tomatoes and cook to a paste. Add in the spices and give a good mix. Season.

  5. 5

    Add in the green pepper together with the dahnia and stir till well mixed.

  6. 6

    Serve and enjoy
