Ingredients

  1. 1 cupndengu
  2. 4potatoes large
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 4carrots
  5. 2 cupsRice
  6. Cooking oil amount is your choice
  7. 4onions
  8. Garlic and ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil your Ndengu, then peel potatoes. Cut two onions till golden brown put tomatoes once cooked well add potatoes stir for a while then add little water wait for it to boil then add your Ndengu bring to boil for few minutes add your carrots and set it aside

    Peel your onion cut into a sufuria cook till golden brown add your four cups of water then add rice cook in low heat till well cooked no water

  3. 3

    Cabbage cut into your desired shape. Cut two onions till golden brown add tomatoe stir till well cooked add your carrots then cabbage steam to your desired time

  4. 4

    Serve your rice, Ndengu and cabbage enjoy
