Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgkamande
  2. Onions
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Green pepper
  5. cubeRoyco
  6. Pishori rice
  7. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Select your kamande and rice to re move any dirt and unwanted particles.

  2. 2

    Clean the kamande, then boil it until well cooked.

  3. 3

    Clean and chop your onions, then fry until brown.

  4. 4

    Clean and chop the tomatoes and add to the onions. preferably two pieces of tomato.

    After cooking well add the cube to taste.

  6. 6

    Then add salt, make sure you add just enough. Remember the cube has some salt in it.

    Add the kamande and Cooke for some five minutes.

  8. 8

    For the rice after cleaning, just cook it white. With only cooking oil and salt. This is because you will have it served with the kamande stew.
