  3. 1Soft poached egg
  4. 1rice bowl worth Plain cooked rice
  5. 1 dashGreen onions (optional)

Steps

    Begin by preparing your soft-poached egg. You can finish the remaining steps while letting the egg cook and rest.

    I used homemade nametake mushrooms.

    Crumble the tofu.

    Serve the freshly cooked rice in a bowl, and top with the crumbled tofu on top.

    Put nametame mushrooms on top.

    Then, drop the soft-poached egg in the middle.
