Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuppishori rice
  2. 1 tbspGinger and garlic paste
  3. 20 mlcooking oil
  4. 1big onion
  5. 1 tsppilau masala spice
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1tomato

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan on medium heat,fry onions till golden brown then add in Ginger and garlic paste stir for one minute.

    Add in the pilau masala stir for one minute,add tomatoest cook till they are well cooked then add in rice and mix till all the ingredients are well combined

    Add water and salt then cover to boil till ready.
