Ingredients

2people
  1. 1 cuppre-boiled beans
  2. 1big sized carrot or 2 medium sized(grated)
  3. 1 tablespoontomato paste
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 15 mlcooking oil
  6. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    On a saucepan add oil,when it heats add onion cook until golden brown

  2. 2

    Add the carrots and tomato paste,cook it for about 1minute stir

  3. 3

    Add the beans,stir then and add water, I added 100ml water because I wanted it to be wet and dry.

  4. 4

    Add salt,cover.

  5. 5

    Cook for about 4 -5minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve while hot
