Ingredients

two
  1. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  2. 1banana
  3. 1 pinchcocoa powder
  4. 1/2 tspflaxseeds
  5. 1 tbspnchia seeds
  6. Milk (deeps on the consistency you want)
  7. Yogurt of choice
  8. Honey(optional)
  9. A fewdrops of lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mash the banana using a fork.

  2. 2

    Add in the rolled oats, flaxseeds, chia seeds, cocoa powder, milk, yogurt and honey. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate overnight.

  4. 4

    Top with banana slices. Enjoy.
