I just love making overnight oats, since the night before you can just throw everything in a container and in the morning breakfast is already made!! So delicious, quick, and healthy!

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  2. 1/2 cupblueberries
  3. 1 cupAlmond Milk
  4. 2 tablespoonsalmonds
  5. 2 tablespoonsGreek yogurt
  6. 3 tablespoonslow fat ricotta cheese
  7. 1 tablespoonhoney
  8. 1-2 tablespoonschia seeds
  9. 1/4 teaspoonvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Throw everything into a bowl and mix well until combined

  2. 2

    Store in air tight container overnight or for around 8 hours

  3. 3

    Place in eating bowl and mix. Top with whatever you want!
