Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all your ingredients

    Sort your omena to remove dirt

  3. 3

    Wash with hot water several times, until it the water becomes clear

    Rinse with cold water

    Boil for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Deep fry till crunchy

  7. 7

    Fry your onions, add garlic paste, tomatoes, fry till all tomatoes dissolves, add omena and salt, stir, then add Capsicum and squeeze lemon juice

  8. 8

    Continue stirring to incorporate all the ingredients, add Corriander and remove from the heat

  9. 9

    Serve with ugali
