Cooking Instructions

Wash n pressure cook the mutton with salt,1tbsp garlic n ginger paste.

Cut the onions, tomatoes potatoes. Grind all the spices together.
- 3
Take a sufuria put oil n onions cook till brown,add the ground spices n the remaining garlic.Add tomatoes n potatoes.

When semi cooked add the boiled meat n mix properly. Put in the rice n add water.

Enjoy with kachumbari n chillies
