Cooking Instructions

Soak the rice for 35min in a pan put water cardamon salt oil cinnamon and let it boil then add rice let it boil when ready drain the water then put some oil and the yellow colour return on the stove on very low flame let it dry for 20min,,,

For the curry.boil the meat until tender.fry the onions until golden brown keep aside, cut the potatoes your size colour them with yellow colur and fry them too for 10min, in a blender blend the tomatoes and the yoghurt and capsicum.

Now in a pan put some oil and start putting the tomatopaste and some for some sec then pour the tomato puree cook for a min then add in the garlic ginger paste the biriani masala powder salt turmeric cook for 15min on low then add the meat and the fried onions cover and cook for 7min then add the potatoes and 1tbls sugar and chilis stir and let it cook on very low heat until potatoes are tender then add lemon and coriander and ready to enjoy with your love ones.
