Ingredients

3 to 4 hours
3 people
  1. 470 gFlour
  2. 60 mlwarm water
  3. 6 gyeast
  4. 3large eggs
  5. 8 gsalt
  6. 80 ghoney or 70g sugar
  7. 60 mloil
  8. 1egg +1tbls milk for lubrication

Cooking Instructions

3 to 4 hours

    In a small bowl put 60ml warm water yeast and 2 tbls flour stir to combine and cover for 15min.

    In a bowl beat eggs using whisk then add oil mix add salt and sugar and whisk again then add the yeast mixture mix to combine.

    Add in flour and knead until soft. Make a dough apply some oil and let it rise for an hour.

    After it rissen cut the dough in 10 equal sizes and make balls cover for 10min

  5. 5

    Now take 1 ball and roll

  6. 6

    Make a long strip

  7. 7

    Do with all the balls then take 4 srips and braid them

  8. 8

    After apply some egg wash and sprinkle some simsim and let it rise for 1hour then bake 180c 30to 35min
