Cranberry Apple Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 to 6 svgs.
  1. 4-6boneless pork chops
  2. 2apples cored and sliced
  3. 1/4 cupdried cranberries
  4. 2 Tbsp.apple cider
  5. 6 Tbsp.brown sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp.each: cinnamon and ginger
  7. 1/4 tsp.each: nutmeg and clove

Cooking Instructions

    Place apple slices in a large pot along with the apple cider; bring to a boil.

    Add in brown sugar, spices and cranberries.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low and allow to simmer until liquid has been absorbed and apples have softened.

    Meanwhile, prepare pork chops as desired (oven, skillet or grill) with seasonings of your choice. We grilled ours with pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning.

    Top each chop with apple cranberry topping when serving. Enjoy!
