Cooking Instructions

Remove excess fat from the beef.
Cut into small pieces.
Fry quickly in hot fat until lightly browned. - 2
Add the roughly cut onion and carrot, and
continue frying to a golden colour.
Add the flour and mix in; brown on top of the stove for a few minutes. Later, Add the tomato purée and stir in with a wooden
spoon. - 3
Mix in the water, bring to the boil.
Add garlic (if required),
season and cover with a lid; simmer gently until
cooked, - 4
When cooked place the meat into a clean pan. Correct the seasoning of the sauce and pass on
to the meat.
Serve with chopped parsley or Coriander Leaves sprinkled on top of
the meat...Enjoy. !
