Ingredients

  1. Halfcup left over rice
  2. Grated carrot
  3. Poundginger
  4. Chopped shallots
  5. Pork cut in small cubes marinated
  6. Salt
  7. White pepper
  8. Seaweeds
  9. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil water with shallits and ginger.Keep boiling then add pork and carrots.Boil it again for five mins then drop the rice.Season with salt and keep cooking until congee thickens.Sprinkle white pepper and place seaweed on top.
