Ingredients

  1. Peppers, red yellow green, 1/4 of each, diced
  2. Onion, 1 small, diced
  3. Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
  4. 1 cupOlive oil,
  5. 2 tbspVinegar,
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Mince all ingredients to very small mince.

    Put in jar

  3. 3

    Salt pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cover mix with olive oil and 2 tbsp of vinegar

  5. 5

    Leave on counter at least 24 hours for flavors to mix

  6. 6

    Lasts about 3 months in fridge.
