Ingredients

  1. 1pack Natto (fermented soy beans)
  2. 1Enoki mushrooms
  3. 1Umeboshi (medium sized)
  4. 1Sauce that comes with the natto
  5. 1Green onions or scallions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Slice the mushrooms into 1.5 cm lengths and boil. Remove the seed from the umeboshi. Chop the fruit of the umeboshi.

    Mix all the ingredients together.
