Easy Sautéed Scallops Recipe at home
Cooking Instructions

Heat Oil. Sauté red onion, ginger and garlic

Add carrots and sauté until tender
- 3
Put scallops and sauté until juice come out and pour water.

Pour Soy Sauce and oyster sauce. Add green chili, ground black pepper and turmeric powder.

Simmer until half of its liquid decreases.

To achieve thick sauce you can add little amount of cornstarch.

Serve hot.

I kinda tweaked my recipe from the usual baked scallops sold by the local restaurants here. They usually add garlic butter and cheese only. But mine, i added béchamel sauce to make it extra creamy and saucy! At first when I saw the 2kgs scallops i was like, would we even finish eating all of these?! Guess what, its not even enough!
