Spicy Beef Offcuts and Vegetable Stir-Fry

My family loves spicy food.
Especially this gochujang Korean hot pepper paste. I made the sauce with gochujang.
I mixed it with the seasonings I had at home, and arrived at this sauce.

This is an easy dish, which requires only stir-frying and mixing with the sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 300 gramsThinly sliced beef offcuts
  2. 1Onion
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 3Green peppers
  5. 1 bagBean sprouts
  6. Sauce (seasonings):
  7. 2 tbsp◆Gochujang
  8. 2 tbsp◆Grated garlic
  9. 2 tbsp◆Soy sauce
  10. 2 tbsp◆Sake
  11. 2 tbsp◆Mirin
  12. 2 tsp◆Honey
  13. 2 tsp◆Roasted sesame seeds
  14. 2 tsp◆Doubanjiang
  15. 1 dash◆Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the green pepper, carrot, and onion into thin strips.

    Mix ◆ seasonings.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan, and add beef and vegetables. When cooked through, pour in the sauce, and mix.

    My son eats this as a rice bowl. It is surprisingly delicious.
