Ingredients

  1. 1 KGpork
  2. Irish potatoes
  3. Black pepper, paprika, salt, Royco & tomato paste
  4. Tomatoes, onions, garlic, pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Put the pork to boil as you peel your potatoes and cut them into wedges

  2. 2

    Marinate the wedges with black pepper, paprika and salt and leave for about 5 minutes.

    Heat the cooking oil and fry the wedges until they are golden brown and crispy.

  4. 4

    Ensure the pork is well boiled then fry it, do not add any oil as it removes its own oil. Fry until it becomes crispy then add the onions and garlic and stir until the onions are cooked. Then add the tomatoes, followed by the Royco and tomato paste.

    Cover the pork and allow it to simmer for about 5 mins.

    Serve your food.
