Cooking Instructions

Stir-fry the shirataki noodles in vegetable oil and a small amount of sesame oil in advance.

Heat vegetable oil and a small amount of sesame oil in a pot, and stir-fry the meat until the colour changes.

Pour in the diluted mentsuyu, and add roughly chopped ingredients.

Cover with a small lid that sits right on top of the food (otoshibuta), and simmer for about 15 ~ 20 minutes over low heat. Then it's done.
