Ingredients

  1. 1small bowl of butternut blended(boil first then blend)
  2. Hot water mixed with salt(I use very hot water)
  3. Oil for your dough/for frying your chapos

Cooking Instructions

    In a wide bowl...add flour..
    Then oil(should be enough)

  2. 2

    Mix to do away with the crumbly flour.

  3. 3

    Then make a well...add your butternut...mix well with the flour.

  4. 4

    Then add your hot water carefully...
    And add little by little.

    Make your dough..
    And achieve a soft dough and should be sticking to your fingers.

    On a flat surface.. sprinkle flour...
    Spread your dough with a rolling pin..and make cuts across.

  7. 7

    Roll them (check how I did my previous chapati recipe)

    Make round chapati dough..and fry each side till golden brown..
