Surprisingly Easy 5-Minute Banana Cookies

This recipe was originally made for busy mothers by user "Sho Yamato", but I've managed to simplify it even further. These cookies were also specially developed for kids with allergies. Many mothers were surprised at how delicious they were even though they contained no eggs or butter. Thanks a lot "Sho Yamato"!
I've added a bit more banana than was in the original recipe. If you use more banana you can make thicker cookies that still taste good. It was hard for me to make thin cookies, so I decided to just increase the amount of banana. It's better to use well-ripened bananas as well.
Here's another addition to the Easy Snack series that I'm uploading, "5-Minute Banana Cake with Pancake Mix",. Recipe by tsubasa1119

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Measure the flour out in a bag, then measure the sugar and baking powder out and place those in the bag as well. Give the bag a shake to mix the ingredients together.
- 2
Add the banana and vegetable oil into the bag as well. Crush the banana up inside the bag with your hands then spoon the mixture into cookie shapes onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. You could also pipe the mixture on parchment paper if you'd prefer.
- 3
Turn the oven down to 170°C and bake the cookies for 15 minutes. Then leave them to cool and serve.

Moist and Fluffy Banana Chocolate Cookies Moist and Fluffy Banana Chocolate Cookies
I needed to use up a ripened banana. I came up with a tasty cookie recipe with an interesting texture. It's easy because all you do is mix and bake. There's no need to let the dough sit. After baking, even if they are soft, they are fine as long as the underside is slightly browned. Mind you don't bake too much because they will harden. For 1 baking tray's worth. You can make these while you make bentos in the morning. Homemade desserts after meals are the best!I was really fixated on the "easiest way" to make these cookies, so I used vegetable oil, but you can use the same amount of melted butter or margarine, or milk to boost the flavor. Chocolate Cookies with 5-Minute Dough Chocolate Cookies with 5-Minute Dough
I modified "Easy 5-Minute Dough for Crunchy Shortbread",, to include more cocoa powder and give it a richer, more chocolatey flavour. The chocolate flavour is so rich that I decided to half the amount made. They may look like ice box cookies, but this cookie dough only contains 30 g butter. Be careful not to add too much egg. Of course you can still make these cookies deliciously the normal way by creaming the butter and sugar, adding the egg, and folding in the flour. Feel free to cut the dough out with cutters too. Simple PB Banana Oat Cookies Simple PB Banana Oat Cookies
Great for you have a ripe banana and you want something sweet. It’s insanely simple - just throwing together oats, almond butter, banana and chocolate chips. If only have one ripe banana or even a half- you can really just eyeball all the ingredients. The consistency won’t be like cookie dough before putting in tray - use a spoon and flatten with a spatula on top before putting in oven.Really good the next day too. KK Westhampton -
Easy & Healthy Okara Banana Cookies Easy & Healthy Okara Banana Cookies
I used to make these okara cookies a lot. Depending on how thick you make them, they become soft or crispy cookies.I bake them very thin.Make the dough as flat as you can when you bake them. Put the cookies in a container (plastic Tupperware, plate, etc) lined with kitchen towels, and leave them without any cover in the refrigerator. The cookies will dry out and even soft and moist cookies will become crispy with time. Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan
