Surprisingly Easy 5-Minute Banana Cookies

This recipe was originally made for busy mothers by user "Sho Yamato", but I've managed to simplify it even further. These cookies were also specially developed for kids with allergies. Many mothers were surprised at how delicious they were even though they contained no eggs or butter. Thanks a lot "Sho Yamato"!

I've added a bit more banana than was in the original recipe. If you use more banana you can make thicker cookies that still taste good. It was hard for me to make thin cookies, so I decided to just increase the amount of banana. It's better to use well-ripened bananas as well.
Here's another addition to the Easy Snack series that I'm uploading, "5-Minute Banana Cake with Pancake Mix",. Recipe by tsubasa1119

  5. 50 gramsVegetable oil
