Ingredients

  1. 1/4 headCabbage
  2. 2 pinchShio-kombu
  3. 60 mlor more Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Quickly rinse the cabbage. Spring cabbage works well with this dish, since it's more tender than regular cabbage.

    Toss the cabbage in a bowl with the salt and lemon juice. (I recommend freshly squeezed lemon.)
