Potato Hash Casserole
A great casserole for quite a few occasions.
Cooking Instructions

Brown the meat mixture. Dice the onion

Add the spices to the meat. Add in the onions. When the meat is done and onions are translucent remove and set aside. In the drippings add in the potatoes.

Add spices fry till fork tender. When fork tender remove and set aside. Cut the meatballs in half. To the drippings add the meatballs. Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

When meatballs are crisp remove add flour and spices when the flour is done add water and whisk. To an oven safe dish add the meat mixture and half the gravy. Next layer is half the cheeses.

Add potatoes, then rest of the gravy. Then the meatballs.

Add the cheeses and bake 30 minutes. Let rest 12 minutes and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
