5 ouncesfeta cheese
1 teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
1 teaspoongranulated onion powder
1/2 sticksoftened butter
3 cupsall purpose flour plus extra for dusting
1 cuphot tap water plus more if needed
As neededvegetable oil to fry in

Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour with the spices. Add in the butter and hot water. Form the dough when mixed break up the feta cheese. Mix the feta and dough.

Heat oil. When the dough and cheese is incorporated roll it out on a dusted area. Fry it till done. Move to paper towels to absorb excessive amounts of oil.

Repeat process till done.
