Grilled fish and Cubed buttered steamed vegetable salad

Cooking Instructions

GRILLED FISH..
Marinate it with marinating sauce.
Make marinating sauce with buttermilk...blended ginger and garlic and any other spice you want..
Grill with a double pan and keep turning it till cooked - 2
Prepare broth for the grilled fish..
Fry 2 onions and 1 tomato and thinly sliced capsicum.
Add some water and some corn starch dissolved in water..
Add the fish and let it cook for 30seconds and turn of the heat - 3
FOR THE CABBAGE.....
Slice the cabbage into fine cubes
Add some thinly sliced beetroots and carrots and capsicum and mix. It will have a purple colour - 4
Steam by putting it in a waterbath..

Fry onions with margarine and add the cubed cabbages and let them cook.

Add salt to taste

Serve with hot ugali

I think that they use red onion rather than regular onions, and chicken rather than ham, but I adapted it to use ingredients that I can easily get at our neighborhood supermarket.If the salad is lacking in tartness, add a little lemon juice or vinegar.
