  1. 2 kgpotatoes
  2. Fresh Rosemary
  3. Turmeric powder
  4. Salt to taste

Steps

    Wash, peel and wash the potatoes. Chop into wedges

  2. 2

    Boil in little water with turmeric and rosemary and salt till dry

    Bake on preheated oven at 180° for 35-40min or till crispy and crunchy. Serve with sauce once cooled
