Cooking Instructions

Sift flour into a bowl add yeast & salt, mix then add in oil & water mix well & beat it for 2-3 minutes to make a thick paste.

Add little oil to grease your containers or nylon bags then add water into a separate bowl wet your Hand inside & scoop the paste into leather or container of choice. Add in turmeric in the remaining paste.

Then arrange in pot with water on a steamer & steam heat for 30 minutes until soft & fluffy.

Mix well until everything is well incorporated then scoop into the leather nylon bag put in a container with cover & allow to rise for 1 hour or more.

You can prick it with a toothpick to make sure it’s properly cooked & no batter then off heat & serve. Can be seved with stew, sauce, or pepper soup 😋😋😋

I served mine with stew during lunch time with rice & lettuce salad😋😋👌👍very fluffy nice & yummy enjoy!
