I think this recipe is very special to me because, I love baking, especially at such a young age and my family and friends love this recipe so I just decided to share online to see what you guys think of the banana bread... I love banana bread and I’ve been trying to hunt for the best banana bread; alas I have not been able to be satisfied, hence I made my own!

Soft and moist at the right point, this version of banana bread has become my family's favourite.

I usually double this recipe, making 1 loaf and 1 batch of muffins. The recipe is very versatile. You can add more banana if you'd like to increase the banana flavor. I have also made it with add-ins (choc. chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts). Stir in after flour.
