Experiment Chili Batch 3

I been having issues with gas build up of the food I have eaten. So I used this Asafetida powder and it didn't bother me with eating beans in my Chili. No gas attacks. It's been used since the time of the Roman Empire. It was used also as an onion and garlic substitute. By the way you can make it without the hot chili's for the kids.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the onions and peppers.
- 2
Melt the butter and add the spices.
- 3
Add the onions and peppers, stir them into the butter and spices. When everything is incorporated together add in the ground chuck.
- 4
Sir in and let it brown. Chop your steak.
- 5
Add in your steak and let it simmer 10 minutes. Add in the tomato products and beans. Simmer till beans are not tough but just right.
- 6
Serve with jalapenos if you want. I hope you enjoy!!!

Chili Lasagna Batch 00 NO Beans Chili Lasagna Batch 00 NO Beans
Some people believe chili isn't supposed to have beans. This chili Lasagna has no beans. Some folks say chili shouldn't have tomato products. Well you make it the way you like. I have found out tomato flavors with corn tortillas is amazing! So here it is without the beans. I used 3 Mexican cheeses and sharp cheddar cheese. Top it off with some sour cream. skunkmonkey101 -

Classic Chili Classic Chili
This is the best-tasting chili that I've ever had. It's nothing adventurous -- just classic and delicious! For fun, add some toppings to your bowl! Some of my favorites include:- green onions- cilantro- home-made mac & cheese- Fritos corn chips- Sour Cream & Cheddar Ruffles potato chips (but go light! Their flavor can be over-powering)- shredded cheddar cheese- and of course regular sour creamMaybe don't try all those toppings at once, but in smaller combinations, they can be delicious! :-)schultzisaiah
